The left hand, from your melody.

Melody in, left-hand chords out

Type the tune in 123 or Do-Re-Mi, or play it in on the keys with the click. One chord card per bar; blue keys show where your left hand goes. Tap a chord after “or” on a card to hear another choice.

Snap a chord chart

Tap Photo and take a picture of a chart with chord letters above the words. The app reads the chords, the key in the title and section names like Verse, and lays out the cards.

Pickups and 3-beat songs

Happy Birthday and Amazing Grace start before beat 1: pick the beat the first note is on, and the pickup plays in the count-in. Played a waltz in 4? The app notices and offers Switch to 3 beats.

Try a song in one tap

No sheet music? Five old public-domain tunes are built in. Tap Melody on an empty path, then a song: the left hand appears, ready to play and save.

Big label, small label

Show 123, Do-Re-Mi or ABC big, and another one small underneath. Any pair works, and the app remembers it.

Move a card. Undo a mistake.

Tap ⠿ to pick up a card, then tap where it goes. Deleted a card or pasted over your song? Tap Undo at the bottom and it all comes back.

Send a song. Print the keys.

Paths → ↗ sends the whole song to another iPhone or iPad, ready to play. All cards → Print / share all keyboards makes one sheet, two cards a row.

Record with a metronome

Tick Metronome and hear the beat while you record; the clicks stay out of the recording, and replay starts right at your first note.

A path you can hear

A path is a sequence of chord cards from start to finish. Stack the chords you like, or let your melody make them. Play hears the path; Rec captures your take.

Paste your chords — ABC → 123

Most charts are letter chords (C G Am F) — hard to play if you think in 123. Paste into Play → Chords → Use this. Labels switch to 123 / Do-Re-Mi; then transpose, blue keys, MIDI, save. Not a song library — your chart, your path.

Sound is near the end — tap 「Turn sound on」 under the video (silence at the start is normal).

Blue keys — tap to play

Blue = this chord’s left-hand base. Gold edge = safe notes for your right hand. While the cards play above, keep noodling on the keyboard — melody, fills, or a little composition. Tap Rec and capture the whole take: backing path + what you played.

Speed, beats, tone, drums

Under the keys: tempo, beats per chord, sound, and drum style. Tap to preview — gold Play uses your pick.

Circle of fifths — kept simple

Tap a neighbor to transpose. Recommended chords below — tap to hear. 123 / Do-Re-Mi stay.

Chords by feel — tap to play

Pick chords you like — by feel or genre. Tap to hear; + adds to your path.

Save & share

Rec keeps the notes you play (on-screen keys, a MIDI piano, path cards) and replays them with the app piano; tick Metronome for a steady beat. Save the whole song on Paths and send it to another iPhone or iPad with ↗. Need paper? All cards → Print / share all keyboards.Rec records your jam while the path plays — keyboard and cards together. Or save the path alone. Share — paths become a beautiful chord-keyboard picture.
